Wisdom Cards Workshop

The poet Rainer Maria Rilke writes: "Have patience with all that is unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves...live the questions now." The arts can help us dwell in the space of questioning by allowing us to honor the images and feelings that arise without feeling pressured to "solve" them in linear, logical ways. Soul questions are those that speak to our hearts' deepest desires. In this workshop, we will explore our soul's questions through the creation of three small intuitive collages, releasing our analytical mind and allowing our wise selves to guide us. In addition to art-making, the creative process will include a bit of journaling to connect you even more deeply with your own beautiful heart. There will be paper available, but feel free to bring your own journal if you prefer.  You will come away with 3 wisdom cards of your own, each of which will be entirely unique.
