About the Event
Respite Retreats is a non-profit located in Ellicott City, Maryland. These retreats are offered at NO COST, giving participants the opportunity to disconnect from everyday life with cancer in order to focus on healing, cultivate personal introspection, and experience a deeper connection with one’s self. Lunch and snacks are included. I will be facilitating the morning sessions of these two retreats. While every retreat is different, I usually offer some combination of meditation, writing and art making.
