Respite Retreats VIRTUAL Retreat

Respite Retreats is a non-profit organization in Howard County, Maryland whose mission is to provide retreats of respite to cancer patients, their caregivers and families and to encourage healthy living for all. Retreats include uplifing and restorative activities such as yoga, meditation, art/creativity, journaling, nutrition, sound therapy, games and FUN! All supplies are provided and the retreat is completely FREE.  

They are continuing to offer several retreats per year via Zoom to honor and protect the people they serve, as well as to extend their services to those outside the immediate local area. I will be providing guided meditation, writing and art activities for this retreat.
