Taking my artwork somewhere to be scanned has been on my “to-do” list for years. Today, I can scratch it off! I am elated. This feels big to me. We don’t have a high quality scanner at home, and can’t afford to buy one right now. If I want to open an Etsy shop and start offering prints for sale, which I do (gulp!), I need to have high quality images from which to make said prints. FOr years, I’ve put this off. It felt too big, too scary, too expensive, too “real”. This year, I can’t ignore the promptings of Spirit anymore. I HAVE to do this. And so I did. In a series of baby steps, I did. I dropped off nine of my favorite works at Artists and Framers in Columbia. I pick them up along with my digital images next week. Can’t wait to see how this goes!
